The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a marketing-focused professional to support customer engagement, campaigns, and brand management from our Woodlands Industrial Park office.

The role covers planning campaigns, content creation, events, and performance reporting. Requirements include a Diploma in Marketing/Communications/Business and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and Canva/Illustrator/Photoshop.

Formación

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, communications or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer engagement and showroom interactions while providing professional product support.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support sales conversion and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the Sales team on customer follow-ups and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate customer requests and follow up with relevant departments when necessary.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Support brand-building activities across digital and offline channels.
• Ensure consistent branding and marketing communications across all platforms.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogues, social media content and promotional materials.
• Manage website updates, digital platforms and marketing communication channels.
• Ensure marketing materials are readily available for campaigns, showroom displays and customer engagement activities.
• Organise product launches, events, training sessions and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Sales and relevant departments to support campaign execution and product readiness.
• Liaise with external vendors, designers and service providers when required.
• Track marketing campaign performance and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare reports and recommend improvements for future marketing initiatives.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for marketing activities.
