The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Woodlands Industrial Park team.

You will engage customers, support sales, coordinate marketing campaigns and create content for both digital and offline channels. Develop and manage marketing materials, events, and brand communications, while tracking performance and suggesting improvements. A marketing diploma with 2–4 years of related experience is preferred; proficiency in MS Office and Canva/Adobe tools is

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing, branding, communications or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in marketing campaign execution, content creation and brand management is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries and showroom interactions while providing professional product support.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support sales conversion and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the Sales team on customer follow-ups and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate customer requests and follow up with relevant departments when necessary.
• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Support brand-building activities across digital and offline channels.
• Ensure consistent branding and marketing communications across all platforms.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogues, social media content and promotional materials.
• Manage website updates, digital platforms and marketing communication channels.
• Ensure marketing materials are readily available for campaigns, showroom displays and customer engagement activities.
• Organise product launches, events, training sessions and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Sales and relevant departments to support campaign execution and product readiness.
• Liaise with external vendors, designers and service providers when required.
• Track marketing campaign performance and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare reports and recommend improvements for future marketing initiatives.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for marketing activities.
