Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience in marketing, branding or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in campaign execution, content creation and brand management is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva, Illustrator or Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales Support: handle customer enquiries and showroom interactions with professional product support, build relationships and support sales conversions.
• Marketing Campaigns & Brand Management: plan, coordinate and execute campaigns, promotions and product launches; support brand-building across digital and offline channels.
• Content Creation & Marketing Materials: create marketing materials and manage website/digital channels; ensure materials are ready for campaigns and showroom displays.
• Events & Coordination: organise product launches and customer engagement activities; coordinate with Operations and Sales; liaise with external vendors as needed.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: track campaign performance and engagement; prepare reports and document activities.
