Job summary

ONE SEVEN CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern in Singapore to support recruitment, business development, client management, and marketing activities.

You will gain hands-on experience engaging with clients and candidates, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to the company’s growth. The role offers mentorship from an experienced team, with opportunities to develop communication, networking, and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with clients and candidates.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Open to internship and part-time arrangements, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential clients and developing new business via cold calling and online research.
• Contact clients to understand hiring needs and introduce recruitment services.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update client and candidate databases.
• Support daily recruitment and business development activities.
• Assist in creating social media content, job advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Support marketing campaigns and market research tasks.
