• Create and implement a sales strategy for the recruitment team.
• Assist with day‑to‑day recruitment tasks, including job postings, client/candidate mapping, scheduling meetings, and managing logistics.
• Support our operations by maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work on innovative projects, such as AI integrations and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct market research and benchmarks to keep us ahead of industry trends.
• Generate regular reports to ensure smooth communication across the team and our clients.

About the role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (Intern) to support our recruitment team with a strong focus on business development and sales. This internship is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial acumen and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced recruitment consultancy.

Salary:SGD 800-1200 (based on experience)

Start:Immediate with minimum of 3 months

Working hours:9am-6pm

Location: Our office is located at CapitaGreen (CBD) - Hybrid with lots of flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop potential business opportunities to expand our client base.
  
• Create and implement a sales strategy for the recruitment team.
  
• Assist with day‑to‑day recruitment tasks, including job postings, client/candidate mapping, scheduling meetings, and managing logistics (opportunity to pass the CEI certification should you handle these tasks).
  
• Support our operations by maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Work on innovative projects, such as AI integrations and tools to enhance efficiency.
  
• Conduct market research and benchmarks to keep us ahead of industry trends.
  
• Generate regular reports to ensure smooth communication across the team and our clients.
