Job summary

Empire Code Education Centre Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Sales & Marketing Assistant to grow our coding, robotics and AI classes for kids. You'll design graphics, manage social channels, write copy, reply to parent inquiries, and help coordinate campaigns and student activities with the co-founder.

Fresh graduates and mid-career individuals are welcome to apply. Full-time, 5-day week (some weekend work) with mentorship from the co-founder across design, marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a poly diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong written English with a clear, warm style; Mandarin is a plus.
• A good eye for design and confidence to make things look good.
• Hardworking, organized, and quick to pick up new tools.
• Plenty of initiative and ability to spot what needs doing.
• Comfortable with Canva and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Graphics & social media: Design social posts and marketing visuals with good layout.
• Copywriting & content: Write clear copy for posts, emails, and flyers.
• Communicating with parents: Reply to inquiries via WhatsApp, Telegram and email.
• Project management & coordination: Plan and run campaigns and activities; keep timelines organized; coordinate between team, trainers and vendors.

Sales & Marketing Assistant

Empire Code (now Empire AI); Central Singapore

Monthly salary: SGD 3,000 – 4,000 (before commission)

About the role:

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant- You'll work hand-in-hand with the co-founder, growing our coding, robotics and AI classes for kids. This includes: designing graphics, running our social media, writing the words parents actually read, helping parents over chat, and keeping our competitions and campaigns on track.

Fresh graduates and Mid-Career individuals are welcome to apply.

What you'll do:

Graphics & social media

• Design social posts, simple graphics and marketing visuals with a good eye for layout.
• Help run our Instagram, Facebook and other channels -plan posts, schedule them, and keep the feed active.

Copywriting & content

• Write clear, warm copy for posts, captions, email campaigns (EDMs) and flyers.
• Help shape the words we use so every message is easy for a parent to understand.

Communicating with parents

• Reply to parent enquiries over WhatsApp, Telegram and email in a friendly, helpful way.
• Follow up with leads and help get them booked into trial classes.

Project management & coordination

• Help plan and run student competitions and marketing activities from start to finish.
• Keep tasks, timelines and details organised so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Coordinate between the team, trainers and vendors to keep things moving.

What we’re looking for:

• You must have graduated with a poly diploma or degree, in marketing, communications, business, media or a related field. Diploma holders preferred.
• A good eye for design and the confidence to make things look good.
• Strong written English - clear, warm, and easy to read. Mandarin is a plus.
• Hardworking, organised, and quick to pick up new tools.
• Plenty of initiative - you spot what needs doing and get on with it.
• Comfortable with tech and AI tools: Canva or similar design tools, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail), WhatsApp, Telegram, ChatGPT and Claude.

Duration & hours:

• Full-time, 5-day work week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend).
• Some additional weekend work for events and competitions, agreed in advance (lieu day compensated).
