The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our Drives business. In this role , you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for Singapore Water and HVAC sales targets and growth plan

  • Independently develop the local Water/HVAC business strategy as the subject matter expert, and drive business growth through the successful implementation of that strategy

  • Work with local and regional Danfoss stakeholders to develop targeted solutions to address customer needs

  • Grow business with Water/HVAC projects with contractors, system integrators and partners (distributors), leveraging the support of regional and global Danfoss networks

  • Grow partner business through development and implementation of business plans

  • Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipelines

  • Make adjustments to strategies to navigate surprise challenges and uncertainties

  • Connect the dots with internal and external stakeholders in order to multiply efforts and develop win-win solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechatronics engineering

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Performance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives with team work

  • Customer driven, and oriented with the priority on company success and profits

  • Energetic and self-motivated

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Fluent English and good communication skills
