Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement sales plans and targets aligned with the restaurant’s business objec0ves.
• Iden0fy and aSract new customers through direct sales, networking, referrals, and promo0onal ac0vi0es.
• Develop corporate, group dining, event, catering, and partnership opportuni0es where applicable.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, pricing, packages, and promo0onal offers.
• Plan and coordinate sales promo0ons and customer engagement ac0vi0es to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain rela0onships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals or quota0ons, and follow up on poten0al sales.
• Monitor sales performance, customer leads, conversion rates, and promo0onal results.
• Coordinate with the Opera0ins Manager to ensure sales commitments can be properly delivered.
• Prepare sales reports and recommend strategies to improve customer acquisi0on, repeat business, and revenue growth.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Help analyze sales data, set monthly sales targets, and find new customer opportunities.
2. Manage customer information, track sales leads, and support digital marketing efforts.
3. Manage relationships with partners and assist in contract negotiations.
4. Prepare regular sales reports, track customer and product performance, and present findings.
5. Track customer feedback, follow up on client issues, manage customer accounts, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
6. Help track team performance, provide support to junior staff, and assist in setting goals.
