Job summary

WORLD OF WELD SUPPLY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable assistant sales manager to support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, analyze performance data, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure alignment with company standards. The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, including supervisory duties, a track record in wholesale sales, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, including supervisory or assistant management roles.
• Proven track record in wholesale sales and sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through guiding sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in customer and team interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing sales operations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
