Job summary

You will create and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets, organize and nurture client relationships, coordinate with operations to prepare quotations, discuss capabilities, manpower, and scheduling, and respond to critical client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans by researching opportunities in domestic and foreign markets.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Organise and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with operations to prepare quotations and address client questions.
• Discuss capabilities, manpower, and scheduling to acquire quotes.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes for customers or sales teams.
• Communicate with clients, sales teams and operators and respond to client needs.

Job description

• Business development for a variety of services comprises determining and developing business plans by investigating opportunities in both domestic and foreign markets.
• Create and implement all strategic sales plans in order to meet sales performance targets and progress business goals.
• Organize and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Coordination with operations staff to prepare subcontractor quotations and address client questions.
• To acquire a quote, discuss technical capabilities, manpower, and scheduling information with operation personnel.
• Create cost estimates and create quotes for customers or sales people to review.
• Communicate with consumers, salespeople, and operators. Oversee current initiatives that are in progress.
  Keep an eye out for and respond to critical client needs.
