Job summary

SBM Travel & Tours PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales lead in Singapore to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue.

You will lead a sales team, foster relationships with customers and partners, and promote travel packages, flights, hotels, and related services. The role requires 2–3 years of travel sales experience, strong leadership and communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to work independently while guiding a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and tourism services.
• Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
