LXY Designers & Builders Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based interior design and build firm, is hiring a full-time Sales Designer in a hybrid role. You will engage clients, present concepts, coordinate with teams, and drive project progress from consultation through completion.

Applicants should have a relevant diploma/degree and a strong portfolio, with knowledge of the Singapore market and CAD tools preferred. This role requires effective multitasking across multiple projects.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design/Architecture preferred; strong portfolios and relevant experience encouraged.
• Familiarity with Singapore market and design-and-build industry advantageous.
• Proficiency in CAD or similar design software.

Responsabilidades

• Engage prospective and existing clients to understand interior design needs and lifestyle requirements.
• Prepare and present design concepts, layouts, proposals, and quotations to clients for approval.
• Guide clients through material selection and define project scope to align with expectations.
• Follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with internal design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess project progress.
• Provide after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and address issues.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a hybrid work environment.
