Job summary

ArtDecor Design Studio in Singapore seeks Interior Designers/Sales Designers with 1–3 years of experience to leverage a strong lead flow and execution support. You will meet clients, develop design concepts, prepare quotations, and drive projects from concept to handover.

Join a well-established team with 50 years of history and in-house capabilities across hacking, masonry, plumbing, electrical works, painting and carpentry, plus a 20,000 sqft carpentry factory.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of interior design experience
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with clients/contractors
• Ability to manage client proposals, quotations and follow-ups
• Willingness to own project delivery from concept to handover

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand needs, lifestyle and renovation goals
• Develop design concepts, space planning ideas and proposals
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Manage projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers

Your Role

• Meet clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and renovation goals
• Develop design concepts, space planning ideas, and proposals
• Prepare quotations and negotiate confidently with clients

• Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior design
• Confident in managing clients, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Strong interest in both design and sales performance
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to take ownership of projects
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max preferred
