Job summary

You will liaise with suppliers, prepare proposals, and track costs against budgets while overseeing site progress and handover to homeowners. Strong communication and sales orientation are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Determine houseowner goals and renovation requirements.
• Consider space usage and movement through the space.
• Prepare presentation proposals/quotations/contracts via system.
• Create project timelines and tabulate earnings against costs.
• Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers for materials and work arrangements.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and quality.
• Complete handover to houseowner before project close.
• Assist Team Director with ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the houseowner’s goals and requirements of the renovation project.
• Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
• Prepare presentation proposal/quotation/contract via system or software.
• Create a timeline for the renovation project and tabulate profitable project earning against project cost.
• Liaise with sub-con/supplier for material(s) order and work(s) arrangement.
• Visit project site to ensure the progress in good condition.
• Fulfill the necessary processes to ensure the complete handover to houseowner before submission of close project.
• Assist Team Director in ad-hoc duties.
