Job summary

CHARLOTTE'S CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking an interior design professional to translate client requirements into space planning, concepts, and 3D renderings.

You will prepare proposals, mood boards and material boards, and oversee renovation projects from start to finish, coordinating multiple parties while delivering excellent customer service and design quality. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential as the role combines design excellence with sales-driven earnings potential,

Qualifications

• Related working experience in interior design or related field.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read floor plans / furniture drawings.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries on interior design services.
• Formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualization.
• Provide consultation on renovation work and costing, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Prepare 3D renderings, mood boards and material boards for presentations.
• Oversee and coordinate renovation projects from start to finish.
• Manage multiple parties involved to ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure design outputs meet standards and client expectations.

Description

- Attend to customer enquiries on interior design services.

- Formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualization.

- Base on client requirement, provide consultation on renovation work and costing, prepare proposal and quotation.

- Prepare presentation such as 3D renderings ,presentation, mood boards and material boards.

- Oversee and provide coordination to the renovating project site from beginning to end of project.

- Managing various parties involved.

- Good customer service.

- Ensure all design outputs meet rigorous project standards and align with client expectations.
