Job summary

FONTIS CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic professional to manage high value interior design projects from concept to completion.

You will develop design concepts, space planning, quotations and material selections aligned with interior intent, and coordinate drawings, 3D visuals and construction details. You will drive sales and client relationships with storytelling design proposals, liaise with clients to understand requirements, and provide exceptional service while collaborating with

Responsibilities

• Manage high value projects from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts, space planning, quotations and material selections aligned with interior intent
• Prepare and coordinate design drawings, 3D visuals, and construction details
• Sales and client relationship driven with story-telling design proposals
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing, practical and cost-effective interior designs
• Produce detailed design plans, including floor plans, 3D renderings, and colour schemes
• Oversee installation and implementation of design projects ensuring high quality
• Understand homeowners’ renovation goals and project requirements
• Plan space usage and design layouts that enhance functionality and aesthetics
• Prepare design proposals, quotations, and contracts through our system
• Develop project timelines and ensure profitability against costs
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers for materials and work arrangements
• Conduct site visits to monitor renovation progress and quality
• Ensure smooth project completion and handover to homeowners
• Support the Team Director on ad-hoc duties when required
