Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in business administration or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops and conferences.
• Clear, credible communication and presentation skills at all org levels.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry insight.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic business plan to grow customer base and strengthen presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales reps.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs.
• Implement new sales plans.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets and shifts, monitor products and competition.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform other duties assigned by the director.
