The role requires strong communication, coordination and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in business, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in sales coordination or spare parts sales preferred.
• Experience in Marine & Offshore industry would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling quotations and sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for marine engine spare parts, components and related products.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up with customers to secure orders.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments to confirm product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and proactively update customers on order status.
• Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and order documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to achieve sales targets.
