Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, or spare parts coordination.
• Experience in marine, shipping, offshore, or industrial equipment industry is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of spare parts identification, technical specifications, and inventory management.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP or order management systems.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple enquiries and orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for marine spare parts, prepare quotations, check pricing and availability, and follow up on outstanding offers.
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order confirmation, fulfilment, and delivery.
• Identify and verify spare parts based on customer requirements, equipment specifications, part numbers, and technical documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, provide order updates, respond to enquiries, and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and overseas principals to obtain pricing, check stock availability, request lead times, and source alternative parts where necessary.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure spare parts reach customers on time.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, update customer databases, and support the sales team with documentation and follow-up activities.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, delivery discrepancies, and customer feedback while identifying opportunities to support repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.
