Job summary

G CROWN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive high-end fashion and bespoke tailoring sales. You will welcome clients, advise on collections, assist fittings, and manage the end-to-end sales process with our luxury showroom.

Your role includes maintaining showroom presentation, following up on orders, and supporting the team to achieve monthly targets. Previous retail experience and bilingual English/Mandarin are preferred to serve a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: GCE O/A Levels or Diploma.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and appointment clients with expert fashion guidance.
• Assist clients during fittings with sizing and styling.
• Process transactions, deposits, invoices via POS.
• Follow up with clients on orders and fittings.
• Maintain showroom luxury standard and stock organization.
• Support management to hit monthly showroom targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Warmly welcome walk-in and appointment-based clients, providing expert guidance on collection styles and bespoke customization options.
• Fitting & Styling: Assist clients during fittings with professional styling advice and precise garment sizing support to ensure the perfect fit.
• Sales Operations: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including processing transactions, handling deposits/invoices, and maintaining accurate customer records via the POS system.
• Client Relationship Management: Proactively follow up with clients regarding order progress, fitting schedules, and final collection to ensure a seamless experience.
• Showroom Maintenance: Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring the showroom maintains a pristine, luxury standard, and organizing stock/fabrics efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Support senior management in achieving monthly showroom targets and upholding our reputation for excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level or Diploma in Retail, Fashion, Hospitality, or Business-related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience. Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or boutique environments is highly advantageous.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele and suppliers.
• Attributes: Energetic, well-groomed, and possesses strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Availability: Able to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
