Our Client, is a digital workplace solutions provider, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage relationships within members of the customer Decision Making Unit.
- Maintain account records and background information.
- Prospect and develop new accounts.
- Achieve and deliver sales budget targets.
- Sell Managed Print Services, Production Printers, Managed Content Services, Managed IT Services, and Forxai Business Solutions.
- Have in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts; understand customers' problems and requirements.
- Provide holistic solutions and strong value propositions using KM products and solutions.
- Conduct total and detailed account coverage via white space analysis.
- Build and funnel sales opportunities through face-to-face, written, telephone, and social media interactions.
- Close sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct large account selling and cross-selling.
- Drive a team selling environment and engage in valued conversations with C-level executives.
- Build good rapport with relevant stakeholders and C-levels across business units within assigned accounts.
- Formulate winning strategies and ensure participation in all major RFPs in the industry.
- Maintain good after-sales service to existing customers to ensure retention.
- Provide timely sales reports, sales pipelines, and account information to management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma, Higher NITEC/NITEC qualification Preferably in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in targeting MNC companies
- Must be a 100% hunter—proven ability in cold calling and on-site client
- Own Vehicle Preferred
