Job summary

Skylink Holdings Limited in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Executive to manage multi-brand commercial vehicle sales, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid models. You will source new customers, service existing accounts, and handle inquiries to achieve targets.

The role covers vehicle procurement of pre-owned stock, managing the sales process, test drives, and handovers, with a focus on customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• Prior experience in automotive trade preferred.
• Strong passion for the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for multi-brand commercial vehicles.

Job Description

• Manage sales activities for multi-brand / model commercial vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles.
• Source for new customers, service and manage existing assigned customers to achieve/exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Purchase all types of pre-owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment.
• Manage the selling process, including customer servicing, follow-ups, and attending to sales queries, including walk-in customers.
• Manage customer accounts, including required documentation, vehicle-related issues, outstanding payments, and other matters.
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
• Develop professional knowledge in automotive sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
• Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• Prior experience in an automotive trade preferred.
• A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry.
• Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears.
• Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn.
• Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
