Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a Business Development role within our fast-paced recruitment and staffing environment. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and drive the sales process from initial contact through to conversion.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided, and there is an uncapped commission structure with bi-yearly salary increments based on performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant study in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment or client management is advantageous.
• Comfortable to make cold calls and actively develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth via cold or warm calls, client visits to identify and qualify potential clients.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend recruitment solutions to drive the sales process from contact through to conversion.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements.
