Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting for a sales & operations role based at Pandan Road. You will achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring profitability, and develop business opportunities across logistics, fleet management, workshops and retail channels.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of sales/operations experience, a strong network in relevant industries, and own vehicle.

• Minimum 2 years of sales and operations experience.
• Proven network of contacts in the commercial tyre, construction, logistics or transportation industries is essential.
• Own vehicle is required.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors including logistics, transportation, fleet management, workshops and retail channels.
• Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to support product development and meet market demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders through networking and business development activities.
• Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
• Provide operational and administrative support as required to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in corporate sales involving after-sales service or maintenance contracts.
• Proven network of contacts and customers within the commercial tyre, construction, logistics or transportation industries is essential.
• Possess own vehicle.
