Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Must be computer literate and have strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell air-conditioning units and related solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and establish new customer accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: enquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and delivery coordination.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product selections, and technical presentations.
• Maintain relationships with customers, dealers, consultants, and contractors.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Follow and implement sales strategies to promote growth.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory requirements.
• Prepare sales and activity reports for management.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
