Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive for our manufacturing division, based in Bukit Batok.

The role focuses on expanding market share through direct outreach, proposals, and tender support. You will build relationships, prepare quotes, and collaborate with the Manager on campaigns and tender submissions. A Diploma and at least one year of sales experience are required, with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in any industry.
• Independent and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Understand the market and identify ways to increase business, aiming to meet department targets.
• Explore new growth opportunities through long-term service contracts to complement one-time projects.
• Help prepare proposals and quotes for incoming inquiries.
• Gather information and assist the Manager with tender submissions.
• Contribute to the planning of new digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Follow up on proposals and collaborate with the Manager to build strong customer relationships.
• Record and monitor proposals and update the Manager on their progress.
• Develop a network of industry contacts and use direct marketing methods to reach out.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Position Title: Sales Executive

Working Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon to Fri 9AM - 6PM, Alternate Sat half day)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + AWS + Commission + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent
