Sky Yoga International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive membership growth for our Yoga/Pilates/Barre studios in Tanjong Katong. You will handle inquiries, convert leads into trial classes, and guide prospects through membership options.

The role emphasizes a proactive, people-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, and a willingness to own the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

Job Description

Sky Yoga International is a membership-based studio group offering Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes across 2 studios in Singapore. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and personable Sales Executive to join our Tanjong Katong studio.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion to Trials

• Attend to leads and inquiries, understand prospects' needs and goals, and book them into an appropriate trial class.

Attending to Trials

• Welcome prospects for their trial class, ensure a positive experience, explain membership packages, and close sales.

Post-Sales Service

• Follow up with members to encourage regular class attendance, handle feedback, and provide ongoing customer service.

• Identify opportunities to promote renewals, workshops, or personal training based on member needs.

Studio Upkeep

• Help maintain the studio in good condition, working with the cleaning team and Customer Service Officer.

Requirements
