Job summary

Forward Minder Organisation, affiliated with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, offers a full-time role with flexible hours and the option to work from anywhere, including home. The agency leader may require office visits for updates and meetings.

Comprehensive mentorship and training will be provided during the initial months after enrollment. You’ll manage customer databases, process orders and invoices, prepare reports, and provide proactive sales support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer databases and contact information
• Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare sales reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Customer service: Follow up on requests and meetings, actively managing and being in contact with the prospects through email, phone and in-person interactions
• Respond to clients' inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in preparation and management of sales presentations and proposals
• Sales support to representatives with administrative tasks, such as follow-up sales materials and emails
• Exposure to diverse industries: Interact with candidates and clients from various industries and job functions
• Team collaboration: Learn from our diverse and experienced team members to develop strong recruitment and communication skills
• You may be required to take the relevant exams (company-sponsored) in order to be equipped with the necessary knowledge to prepare and sell relevant products.

Education

Local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education

Internationally recognised degree

• This job is a full-time role with flexible working hours, and you can work from anywhere, even from the comfort of your home.


• The agency leader allocated to you may require you to drop by the office for updates and attend specific meetings.


• Personalized mentorship and training will be provided throughout the first few months after enrollment.

What we're looking for

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education (SG/SGPR)


• Minimum internationally recognised degree holder (Foreigners)*

Remuneration

$2,500 - $4,000 per month depending on level of experience.
