Responsibilities

You will be the main point of contact to our customers where providing service, answering product enquiries, design and sales related questions.

  • Providing quality sales and consultation service for soft furnishing products such as curtains, blinds & ShyZip.
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries
  • Preparing of quotations, obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
  • Managing projects from sales completion to handover and after sales service to ensure superior customer experience

Any other ad hoc duties assigned

What we\'re looking for
  • Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in a retail or customer support environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work in fast moving environment
  • Immediate availability/within short notice
  • Location: Kaki Bukit View
Requirements
  • Positive and willing to learn
  • Outgoing, confident and courteous
  • Target driven and result oriented
  • Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented
  • Able to converse well in Basic English
  • Experience in soft furnishing (curtains & blinds) will be an added advantage
  • Able to work on Weekends / Public Holiday
  • It will be an added advantage if you possess a Class 3 driving license.
