Job summary

Novel Communication Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Singapore to understand customer needs, promote Singtel Mobile, Fiber and value-added services, and deliver friendly service. You will handle enquires and maintain shop upkeep while working in a busy island-wide chain of stores.

The role offers a gross monthly salary with a 6-day work week, training provided, and opportunities for bonuses and career advancement. Joining bonuses are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels / SPM with no experience required.
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
• Good communicative skills and commitment.
• Provide friendly customer service and basic self-grooming.

Job description

Gross Monthly Salary up to $3500-$7000*

• Basic Salary with attractive commission.

• 6 days work week (including weekends/PH)

• Training will be provided

Joining Bonus:

• 1. One time Joining Bonus ($500)* - No Experience
• 2. Joining Bonus ($1,500)* - Prior telco with retail experience
