Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a capable sales/business development professional to drive opportunities in engineering repair and maintenance services in Singapore. You will identify prospects, conduct market research, and promote solutions to meet client needs.

The role requires engineering qualifications, plus sales or business development experience; a valid Class 3 license and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in engineering services, repair & maintenance or related industries is advantageous.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking and outdoor client visits.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell engineering repair and maintenance services to new and existing clients.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable repair, maintenance and engineering solutions.
• Prepare and deliver service proposals, quotations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial terms and follow up closely to secure new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to understand project requirements and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.
• Develop and achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and work with the Accounts team to support timely collection from clients.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:15am - 5:30pm
Location: Company transport available from Lakeside / Choa Chu Kang / Joo Koon MRT
Salary: $3,200 - $4,000 + $600 - $700 Car Allowance + AWS
Commission: Applicable after 3 months' probation

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Candidates with a technical / engineering background and sales or business development experience are preferred.
• Experience in engineering services, repair & maintenance, industrial equipment, machinery or related industries will be an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle
