Job summary

Luxx Newhouse Group (SG) is seeking a proactive sales and design liaison to develop client relationships and promote our furniture and architectural product offerings. You will translate client needs into practical design solutions, coordinate with design and project teams, and identify new business opportunities in a dynamic Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in Retail/General, Design, Renovation, Furniture, or Architectural products.
• Proven track record in selling furniture or architectural products is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Promote and sell Luxx Newhouse’s products by contacting prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to recommend product or service enhancements.
• Ensure consistent quality service by upholding company standards in all interactions.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge through workshops, industry publications, and networking.
• Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings and translate requirements into practical proposals.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline

(2) Technical & Design Understanding

• Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Translate design requirements into practical solutions and proposals.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical input during client discussions and presentations.

(3) Project Coordination

• Liaise between clients, design teams, and operations to ensure alignment on project scope.
• Support project execution by clarifying design intent and technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.

(4) Market & Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations
• Advise clients on product suitability, design options, and technical specifications
• Provide feedback to management on market demands and client preferences.

Requirements:

• minimum of 2 – 3 years of sales experience, ideally in Retail/General, Design, Renovation, Furniture, or Architectural products
• Proven track record in selling furniture or architectural products is a strong advantage.
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Abilityto work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Own transport is preferred.
• Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
