Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer to support repair, replacement and modernisation projects for elevator and escalator systems in Singapore.

You will analyse customer needs, prepare proposals and work with cross-functional teams to deliver technically sound, compliant solutions. Based in Singapore at client sites, you will conduct site assessments, develop quotations, and maintain strong relationships with building owners and managers to drive service and sales

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics or Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years in technical sales or sales engineering in lift/elevator or building services.
• Experience with SAP / ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend repair, replacement or modernisation solutions.
• Conduct site visits and equipment assessments.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and sales proposals.
• Present solutions to customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work with engineering and technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to support project execution.
• Maintain good relationships with building owners, managing agents and consultants.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Track quotations, orders and project progress.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet technical, safety and company requirements.
