TPM OUTDOOR PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional in Singapore to assist with proposals, quotations, pitches, and client requirements.

The role involves generating leads, updating client databases and trackers, and coordinating advertising campaigns with internal teams to ensure timely launches. The ideal candidate will assist with post-campaign reporting, leverage demand generation tools, and use AI tools to support sales ideas, presentations, and research.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or coordination will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and document management skills.
• Familiarity with customer databases and campaign trackers is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams and timelines.
• Comfort using AI tools to support sales ideas and research.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, pitch and other sales materials.
• Generating and follow up on sales leads, proposals, client requirements and update client database and campaign trackers.
• Coordinate confirmed advertising campaigns and liaise with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
• Assist with proof-of-play, basic campaign reports and post-campaign requirements.
• Leverage on demand generation and outreach tools to support lead generation and knowledge sharing to prospects.
• Use AI tools to support sales ideas, presentations, research and simple creative work.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and other related and ad hoc tasks.
