Job summary

SimplifyNext is a Singapore-headquartered digital engineering firm expanding across APAC. We seek a driven, strategic Sales Director to grow revenue in Singapore, opening new accounts and deepening relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will lead consultative sales, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and craft client plans to build a growing pipeline while staying ahead of industry trends. A hunter mindset and proven track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or consulting services.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts in Singapore.
• Strong network and relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders within the Singapore Market.
• Ability to drive complex sales cycles and position value‑based solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by identifying, engaging, and securing new accounts, driving revenue growth.
• Lead consultative selling through understanding client challenges and aligning our technology services to their needs.
• Create comprehensive client business plans to build a stable, growing pipeline of current and future business opportunities.
• Collaboratively work with internal teams as well as our technology partners to successfully position the solutions and/or services and see the opportunity through to closure.
• Lead business negotiations for contracts focusing on win‑win outcomes for both the clients and SimplifyNext.
• Take an active role in defining the GTM plan for the Singapore Market.
• Track and manage the entire sales process and account management activities with the support of pre‑sales architect and project managers.
• Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
