About This Role

As the Sales Director, you will drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS platform, Circles X, in the APAC region. This is not a typical sales role; it is an opportunity to shape the future of the telco industry.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large and strategic telco accounts, delivering on sales KPIs.
  • Steer sales strategic direction and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Build and enhance C‑suite relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Establish a structured sales methodology and operating cadence.
  • Optimize sales tools and provide actionable data for targeted efforts.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in the Telco vertical SaaS space.
What We’re Looking For
  • 15+ years of APAC sales experience in telco SaaS software.
  • Strong network with C‑suite executives in telecom operators.
  • Experience in solution/consultative selling for BSS to telco clients.
  • Analytical mindset with quantitative approach to problem solving.
  • Value‑based selling methodology, comfortable building business cases at C level.
  • History of closing large, complex B2B deals of $7‑10M ARR.
  • Experience driving growth through channel partnerships.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑changing environment.
