Job summary

AOXUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Department Assistant in Singapore to support daily operations, stock distribution, and deliveries. You will help set up mobile or temporary sales stalls and assist the sales team with routine tasks.

The role requires a valid Singapore driving licence, the ability to travel across locations, and a physical capacity for lifting and loading. Being reliable, punctual and able to work in a team is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Driving Licence required.
• Able to drive and travel to different locations in Singapore.
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, loading and unloading.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, retail or sales support is an advantage.

• Prepare and distribute stock to different sales stalls on a daily basis
• Deliver goods and supplies to various locations
• Set up and dismantle mobile / temporary sales stalls
• Assist the sales team with daily operational needs
• Load and unload goods and equipment
• Ensure stocks and equipment are delivered safely and on time
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to sales operations

Requirements:
