Job summary

FIRST PORT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to support daily warehouse, logistics and delivery operations in Singapore.

This is a combined warehouse and delivery role, not a driver-only position. Responsibilities include receiving and storing goods, verifying part numbers, picking and packing for delivery, performing local deliveries, and assisting with stocktaking. Basic SAP/ERP usage will be trained, and the role requires a valid Singapore driving licence and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store goods accurately.

• Pick, pack, label and prepare goods for delivery or shipment.
• Maintain stock arrangement and warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform local deliveries and collections from customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Acknowledge and return Delivery Orders and Proof of Delivery.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on team member to support our daily warehouse, logistics and delivery operations. This is a combined warehouse and delivery role, not a driver‑only position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store incoming goods accurately.
• Verify part numbers, models, quantities and physical condition.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare goods for delivery or shipment.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement and warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform local deliveries and collections from customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure Delivery Orders and Proof of Delivery (POD) are properly acknowledged and returned.
• Assist with courier/freight packing, weight, dimensions and shipment preparation.
• Assist with stocktaking and basic warehouse/inventory records.
• Perform basic ERP/SAP transactions after training.
• Maintain and take proper care of the company vehicle.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties when required.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore driving licence.
• Possess forklift licence
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Careful with part numbers, quantities and documentation.
• Physically fit for normal warehouse, loading and unloading duties.
• Basic computer skills and willing to learn SAP/ERP.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Warehouse/logistics/delivery experience is preferred.
