Job summary

Aurae Photography Studio PTE. LTD. in Outram, Singapore, is hiring for a Full-time Sales & Customer Service role on-site. You will guide clients through the photo selection process, recommend portraits and packages, and handle inquiries.

You will coordinate with photographers and makeup artists, follow up on bookings, and maintain client records. Previous customer service or sales exposure is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the photo selection process after their photoshoot (Sales).

• Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and in-studio communication (Sales).
• Follow up on bookings, scheduling, and post-shoot arrangements.
• Coordinate with photographers and makeup artists to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and basic administrative tasks.
