Job summary

LVL Music Academy is a Singapore-based centre seeking a confident, proactive sales-driven individual to join the team. The role focuses on speaking with prospective students, parents and retail customers to understand needs, recommend lessons or services, and close sales.

When quieter, you will support customer service and daily operations, registrations and scheduling. Key requirements include strong sales ability, excellent English communication, weekend availability, and a customer-service

LVL Music Academy is looking for a confident, proactive and sales-driven person to join our team.

This is asales-focusedrole. Your main responsibility is to speak with prospective students, parents and retail customers, understand their needs, recommend the right lesson, instrument or service, follow up consistently and close the sale.

When the centre is quieter, you will also support customer service and day-to-day centre operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong sales ability and confidence in closing deals.
• Able to explain value clearly and make suitable recommendations.
• Proactive with follow-ups and comfortable working towards targets.

• Sales, retail or customer-service experience is an advantage.

Compensation

• Basic monthly salary: S$3,000
• Additional sales commission on top of basic salary
• Performance incentives based on individual and centre results

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, building trust, recommending the right solution and turning enquiries into sales.
