• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Compile monthly sales reports.
• Support the sales department with administrative tasks.

Job description

• Receive, process and verify purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in customer details and payments, and coordinating timely deliveries.
• Act as a point of contact, answering inquiries, resolving issues and providing product information via phone, email or in-person.
• Prepare sales documents (quotes, invoices).
• Liaise with other departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records; compiling monthly sales reports.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
