No prior experience required; training provided. You will promote products, excel in customer service, and aim for sales targets while maintaining a clean, welcoming treatment area.

Weekend retail hours are required; the role offers a structured schedule with 6 days off per month and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Certifications (CIDESCO/CIBTEC/ITEC) will be an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Well-groomed, motivated and sales/service-oriented persona.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work on weekends and retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial, body and device-based treatments safely and effectively.
• Understand customers' skin/body goals and recommend suitable treatments with doctor guidance.
• Conduct basic skin and body analysis before treatments.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and treatment targets.

Highlights:

• Attractive Overall Salary Package (With Basic $2,800 + Incentive + Sales Comms)
• Provide systematic training (Both Theory & Hands-on)
• 6 Days: Mon-Fri 10am -8pm (break 1 hr); Sat 10am-7pm (break 1hr); Sun & PH: Off
• 6 Off days/ month

Job Description:

• Perform facial, body, and device-based treatments (e.g. Hydrafacial, IPL, Fat Freezing) safely and effectively
• Understand customers' skin/body goals and recommend suitable treatments, working with the doctor’s advice
• Do basic skin and body analysis before treatments
• Promote the company’s products and services
• Keep treatment rooms clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
• Meet and exceed personal sales and treatment targets

Job Requirement:
