Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to extend the business with existing clients and win new clients. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in generating leads through the execution of data-driven digital marketing initiatives and impactful client pitches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the organization's customer base in Singapore and ASEAN region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer requirements and tailor technology solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of technology solutions to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, revenue forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Higher diploma in marketing, computer science, analytics, media, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or platforms, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with web analytics and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
