Job summary

XINSTAR EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant Manager to lead a busy sales team and drive performance from dawn shift onwards.

You will train staff, safeguard customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to boost store sales while maintaining a prime store presentation. The role requires weekend availability, early starts, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on meeting quotas and providing top-tier service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience as sales manager assistant.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays; early start times (4:00am).
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
