Job summary

Lions Emperor Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the store's sales team, drive targets, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise daily tasks, train new staff, build relationships with customers, attend meetings and standups, monitor performance, and keep shelves well-stocked and tidy, including weekend and public holiday shifts. Qualifications

• Working experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Assistant, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to provide amazing customer service to the clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
