Job Description
  • Conduct marketing research and data analysis to expand and nurture the leads pool. Convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Perform outbound cold-calling to introduce Yonyou’s products/services to clients over the phone.
  • Explore and identify new potential leads via various channels. Demonstrates professionally with potential customers via phone, email, conferencing, webinars and face-to-face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
  • Coordinate and arrange appointments for the sales team with prospective leads clients.
  • Prepare and conduct daily reports. Maintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate leads information and activity reports to sales team.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Accounting.
  • Having high sensitivity to the market. Preferably having a previous internship or project in marketing research or data analysis.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, good team player, and responsible.
  • Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients/colleagues.
  • People with around two years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred requirements
  • Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales management will be a plus.
  • Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs, and social networking tools.
