Job summary

Huationg Contractor Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) professional to lead safety and environmental compliance on Singapore construction sites. You will conduct inspections, perform risk assessments, and deliver safety briefings to workers to promote proactive risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO with MOM is required.
• Registered ECO with NEA is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience on Singapore construction projects.

• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks

• Deliver clear and engaging safety briefings to site personnel to promote awareness and compliance

• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure coordinated safety management and compliance

Required competencies and certifications

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with National Environment Agency (NEA)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience managing safety and environmental compliance on Singapore construction projects

• Proficient communication and report‑writing skills to document safety findings and recommendations clearly
