This role suits an experienced safety professional confident in site inspections, risk assessments, regulatory compliance and incident prevention, with a 1-year contract and a SGD 6,000 monthly salary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions.
• Work closely with project teams, contractors and subcontractors to maintain safe working practices.
• Implement and maintain the Safety and Health Management System at project sites.
• Prepare, review and endorse Risk Assessments (RA) and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.
• Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, client and company safety requirements.
• Identify safety violations and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Follow up on findings from inspections, audits, incidents and risk assessments.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents and near misses, and recommend follow-up actions.
• Coordinate and maintain records for safety orientations, toolbox meetings, inspections and training.
• Conduct safety briefings and support workplace safety training programmes.
• Prepare safety reports, statutory forms and other relevant documentation.
• Respond to site safety emergencies and provide support when required.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Safety & Site Inspections
