Job summary

SRNL CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced safety leader for Oil & Gas construction projects in Singapore.

The role drives safety culture, compliance with MOM/WSH, and risk management across hazardous waste operations, including incident response and investigation closure. The ideal candidate will hold a MOM-recognized WSH qualification, with 8+ years in the sector, and a strong background in environmental or OH&S engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas project (construction) safety management.
• Certification in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) or MOM-recognized qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of MOM guidelines and ISO standards for safety and environmental management.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the organization, ensuring compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local environmental, health, and safety laws, including MOM guidelines and ISO standards for safety and environmental management.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with hazardous waste operations, including storage, transportation, treatment, and disposal.
• Respond promptly to safety incidents and WSH accidents to ensure timely resolution, implement investigation recommendations and ensure closure.

Ensure adherence to all local environmental, health, and safety laws, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines and ISO standards for safety and environmental management.

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with hazardous waste operations, including storage, transportation, treatment, and disposal.

Respond promptly to safety incidents and workplace safety and health (WSH) accidents to ensure timely resolution, implement investigation recommendations and ensure closure.
