Job summary

NMS SCAFFOLDING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an EHS Officer to coordinate and improve health, safety, and environmental practices.

You will support the SHMS implementation, process workers' compensation and claims, and promote safety initiatives. You will take minutes, maintain RHS records, assist in RM activities, and support monthly WSH committee meetings, reporting to the safety manager on execution status and progress.

Responsibilities

• Process workmen compensation insurance & claims.
• Assist in implementation of the organization's SHMS.
• Coordinate EHS promotional activities within the organisation.
• Participates as a risk management team member in the corporate RM organization.
• Briefs safety manager team periodically on the execution status of the overall safety program.
• Assist in conduct of monthly corporate WSH committee meetings.
• Take minutes of all meetings and maintain proper records.
• Submit EHS related documentations (internal and external)
• Maintain all relevant RHS records.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.
